About the role

Seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Parts Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at Moore Truck Parts' in Narellan, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and expertise to our valued clients in the automotive industry.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting customers in person, over the phone and via email to identify and source the correct automotive parts and accessories
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range and corresponding vehicle fitments
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Restocking shelves and maintaining the sales floor in a neat and organized manner
• Supporting the wider parts team with administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in an automotive parts or retail sales role, preferably within the trades and services industry
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide helpful and knowledgeable advice
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• A passion for the automotive industry and a genuine interest in providing high-quality parts and service
