We are seeking a Spa Therapist/Diploma level Beauty or Massage Therapist to join our teams across 4 different locations in Airlie Beach.

We are looking for passionate therapists with exceptional standards for our Luxury Day Spa/Skin Clinic. Spa experience is not essential but will be regarded, along with any advanced facial/device/laser experience also.

We are also looking for a Beauty Therapist in our fast paced Beauty Salon in the Main Street of Airlie Beach. Proficient in Waxing/Brows/Manis/Pedis/Massage/Facials. Experience in BIAB/Lash Lifts/Brow Lam/Lash extension a bonus.

Hours: Full time or Casual positions available

Rate of pay: $29 - $45

Position Overview:

You will be committed to delivering the highest level of customer service, and our training and education will ensure this.

With a positive and respectful disposition, you will work in collaboration with our other team members to build a highly productive team. You will possess good people skills. You will have a devotion to learning and growing and further enhancing your skills as a Therapist.

Qualification and requirements:

Qualified Beauty/Massage Therapist with a Diploma qualification or Certificate IV as a minimum.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required.

Prior experience within a day spa environment;

Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English;

Excellent grooming and presentation standards;

Ability to take on ownership of any areas of responsibility;

Competent technical skills and a willingness to learn new skills;

A desire to care and nurture others;

Confident knowledge of products and proven retail sales experience (you will receive training and education in all of our products)

Motivated with Good attention to detail;

Friendly, nurturing, professional personality, exemplary work and good communication skills.
