We are seeking experienced All-Round Operators to support various mine site demobilisation projects. This role involves operating a range of mobile plant equipment, including excavators, loaders, and skid steers, to assist in dismantling and transporting buildings, materials, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidates must have extensive experience in mining operations and multiple machinery tickets, with a grader ticket being highly advantageous.

This is a FIFO 2:1 roster role with an excellent pay rate and the opportunity to work on various site deconstruction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators, loaders, and skid steers for site preparation and demobilisation.
• Assist with breaking concrete footpaths, loading/unloading materials, and clearing work areas.
• Work closely with construction teams to remove buildings, sheds, and site infrastructure.
• Support the transportation of equipment and materials
• Conduct daily equipment checks, maintenance, and safety inspections.
• Comply with all HSE regulations and site procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Excavator, Loader, and Skid Steer tickets (essential).
• Grader ticket (essential).
• Proven experience operating machinery on mining or construction sites.
• Strong understanding of mine site safety protocols and HSE compliance.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
