As a pivotal member of the Three Blue Ducks Kitchen Team, you will report to the Head Chef and enhance the culinary experience across our diverse service offerings, including à la carte dining and various functions. Your responsibilities will span assisting with kitchen operations, upholding high standards in food preparation and presentation, enforcing cleaning protocols, and leading the Kitchen Team in the Sous Chef’s absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in menu planning and development.
  • Manage kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Uphold exemplary standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory and oversee the ordering of supplies.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar Sous Chef role
  • Outstanding culinary talents and a zeal for inventive cooking.
  • Robust leadership capabilities, able to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
