Our Client
Our client is a cable manufacturing company based in Crestmead, QLD. They are looking for Maintenance Fitter Supervisor to work on a Dayshift.

Shift Timings:

• Dayshift: 6AM start Monday to Friday | $54.50 + Super
  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute and manage planned maintenance schedules.
• Lead the completion of preventative maintenance schedules.
• Carried out Preventive maintenance and machine installation, set up.
• Ensure proper set up procedure and work instruction are adhered to.
• Develop and oversee servicing and preventative maintenance programs
• Update the maintenance software system (AMPRO) and produce report accordingly.
• Active participation in problem solving for both product and machine.
• Liaise and cooperate with inter-section personnel as needed.
• Ensure weekly, monthly work planned and executed.
• Available for after work hours for emergency breakdown repairs.

What we’re looking for:

• Trades certificate is required eg fitter/ machinist/ electrical.
• Knowledgeable in Auto-cad drawing.
• Valid Cranes, elevating work platforms, Forklift & Driver's, first Aider license.
• Previous supervisory experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Desirable:

• Forklift License
• First aid certified but not essential
