LJ Hooker Tuggeranong is seeking an experienced, highly organised, proactive person with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail to fill our Executive Property Manager role.

About the Role

Your duties will include but are not limited to

• Overseeing, mentoring and supporting the property management team of a small-medium sized property portfolio with growth to be expected.
• Fostering growth and collaboration of the portfolio and team.
• Responsible for the compliance with the current property legislation requirements.
• Seeking new business and growing the portfolio.
• Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Clients.

About You

• Experience in Property Management and managing a portfolio is required.
• Experience mentoring a team is preferred but not required.
• Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration & a valid Drivers License.
• Experience using PM software is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
