This role requires a proactive and engaging educator who can inspire, mentor, and lead students through their learning journey.

What You Will Do

• Deliver face-to-face training for the Certificate IV in Massage Therapy and Diploma of Remedial Massage at our Parramatta campus.
• Inspire and mentor students, sharing your passion for massage therapy to help them build confidence and expertise.
• Support students through assessments, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
• Engage in student clinics and oversee hands-on training in a real-world environment.
• Ensure compliance with ASQA standards while maintaining the highest educational quality.
• Mark and assess student work, providing constructive feedback.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in validation, moderation, and industry updates.

Who You Are

Essential Skills & Experience

• Diploma of Remedial Massage (or higher qualification in a relevant field).
• Hands-on industry experience as a massage therapist.
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or willingness to obtain ASAP.
• Current Provide First Aid & CPR qualifications.
• Strong understanding of learning theory and an evidence-based approach to education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to student success.
