Workfast is looking for a Advanced and Intermediate Scaffolders for a valued client in Welshpool paying $42 - 44 per hour plus penalties working across the Perth Metro area.

• Travel Allowance: $13.80/day
• Clothing Allowance: $2.48/day
• Height Allowance: $2.36/day
• Tool Allowance: $1.08/day
• Hours: 38–50 hours per week

What you need

• Australian Citizenship or Residency
• Australian Driver Licence
• 5+ years scaffolding experience
• Background in commercial construction projects
• Construction Card
• High Risk Work Licence (Advanced & Intermediate Scaffolding)
• Working at Heights ticket
• You want to stay local in Perth
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage a team
• Committed to safety and quality on-site

What you will be doing

• Erecting & Dismantling Scaffold: Build and take down scaffold structures efficiently and safely.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and site-specific requirements.
• Mentoring: Support and train junior scaffolding team members, helping them grow in their roles.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other trades to ensure timely and successful project completion.
