Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Veale Auto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Interpreter/Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a vital role in our stores, contributing to the success of our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service by matching the customer with the correct parts and assisting with sales inquiries.
• Handling inbound calls from mechanical trade customers and processing orders efficiently.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve store success and maintain high standards of service.
• Accurately picking and putting stock away.

About You:

• A driver's license and reliable transport.

• A positive attitude and well-presented demeanor.
• Knowledge of vehicle parts.
• Manual Driving license
• Delivery driving experience highly desired
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A desire for career progression and long-term employment.
• Be a passionate customer service expert, with previous retail and/or customer service experience
• Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including some heavy lifting)
• Be available to work some Saturday mornings.
