What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments.
• Develop individualised therapy plans that make a real impact.
• Use evidence-based interventions to help clients reach their communication goals.
• Work alongside families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
• Stay ahead in your field with ongoing training and research.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Speech Pathology (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility).
• Driver’s license & access to a car (for home visits & community outreach).
• Working with Children Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
• A passion for helping others and a growth mindset.
• Great communication skills and team spirit.
