Core Talent is recruiting for a Contract Administrator for highly reputable builder who is capable of delivering projects across education, multi res, health and industrial.

We are looking for a Contract Administrator who 3 years or more experience with a Tier 2 or 3 builder. Project value can range from $10 - $60M. This company is willing to pay above market to engage with the right person.

As a Contract Administrator you will have:

  • Construction Management Degree or similar qualification
  • Experience with Procore would be ideal but not essential
  • Strong past tenure with Tier 2 or Tier 3 builders
