About the Venue

Located in Steam Mill Lane, Wingboy Darling Square is an 80-seater venue trading seven days a week from 12 PM. We’re a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant with a small but tight-knit team, dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth operation of both the bar and floor.
• Ensure the venue is set up and ready for service.
• Manage bookings and customer flow.
• Deliver high-quality, friendly service to all guests.
• Handle cash transactions and end-of-day cash-ups.
• Maintain RSA compliance and venue safety standards.
• Run shifts, manage the team, and assist with venue closing.

Experience Required

• 1-2 years in a similar supervisory role.
• Experience opening and closing a venue.
• Minimum 1 year of bar experience.
