Pearl Recruitment is partnering with a well-established logistics and freight distribution company seeking for a Forklift Operator and Store Person to their Welshpool warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, diverse, and supportive team in a structured and stable work environment with long-term potential!

Forklift Operator

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operating a forklift to load and unload trucks
• Manual handling of freight
• Scanning and sorting items for dispatch
• Checking freight against consignment details
• Conducting pre-start equipment checks

What You’ll Need:

• Forklift Licence
• Previous forklift experience, including scanning and freight handling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to pass medical/drug & alcohol test
• Immediate Start
• Full Australian working rights and available for the long-term

Store Person

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing warehouse stock
• Some manual handling required for certain picks
• Conducting pre-start checks on warehouse equipment
• Using a picking device for accurate stock reporting – must be comfortable with technology
• Loading and unloading containers, trailers, and vehicles as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse pick and pack experience
• LF Forklift Licence required
• LO Forklift Licence & Dangerous Goods (DG) training highly regarded
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work without supervision
• Ability to pass medical/drug & alcohol test
• Immediate Start
• Full Australian working rights and available for the long-term
