The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Roof Plumbers to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to work on diverse, high-profile projects, from industrial mining facilities to architecturally designed government and defence buildings.

📍 FIFO Applicants: You must have easy access to Brisbane Airport; your shift will start 1 hour before your flight departure from Brisbane for remote projects. Candidates in Darwin and Cairns are also encouraged to apply.

📍 Local Applicants: If you reside near the project locations (Darwin, Groote, Rockhampton, or Gladstone), you are also encouraged to apply for local work opportunities.

While this ad focuses on the Darwin, Groote, Rockhampton, and Gladstone projects, we are always keen to hear from experienced professionals in Brisbane and surrounds who want to join QClad.

About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Extensive experience in the roofing and cladding industry
- Minimum 5 years of proven mining experience
- A valid Construction White/Blue Card
- A current Safe Work at Heights Card (issued within the last 2 years)
- Additional certifications such as High-Risk EWP or Trade Cert, Doggers/Riggers (highly preferred)
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality
