As an Active Support Worker at focus, and working in an In-home Support capacity, you will be providing active support to adults with disabilities, within their own home and in the community to develop skills, achieve their goals and support their independence and interests.

You will be supporting and encouraging clients to participate in a range of day-to-day activities based on their hobbies, interests and goals, set within their NDIS support plans.

Opportunities are for female candidates only, interested in Permanent Part-Time employment, providing In-home Supports and facilitating Community Activities, in Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula region.
