We are currently looking for an approved RSA and RCG Trainer with the relevant Qualifications and Industry experience in to deliver RSA, RCG and other Hospitality programs in Sydney, Wollongong and Southern NSW an on needs basis. We are looking for a dynamic RSA and RCG trainer & assessors to join our growing team who are:

The role of the Trainer/Assessor is to:

  • Conduct quality training and assessment that meets the requirements under the the VET Quality Framework and state training authorities.
  • Experienced in the delivery of NSW RSA and RCG training.
  • Ensuring adherence to the Standards for RTO’s with particular focus on maintaining and recording assessment evidence requirements.
  • Support NCVE in any capacity it may require that utilises your existing skills or skills it is prepared to develop with you.

The key responsibilities of the Trainer/Assessor is to:

  • Maintain trainer/ assessor requirements including VET qualifications, industry currency and current knowledge and skills in vocational training as required by the Standards
  • Conduct all training sessions utilising the resources supplied by NCVE and maintain the integrity of their intended delivery methods, duration and assessment requirements
  • Proactively participate in the continuous improvement of our resources, delivery modes and assessment methods
  • Promote NCVE as the preferred provider of training through job active providers, local business, local associations and the general community
  • Ensure all student records are maintained as per NCVE policy and student confidentiality is maintained.
  • Play an active part in fostering a team environment through sharing and seeking best practice with/from your colleagues
  • Uphold the mission & objectives of NCVE through your daily actions, attitudes and behaviours

The successful applicant must be well-presented, hold current qualifications and industry experience, a high level of communication skills and computer literacy. This position is currently part-time depending on applicant's availability and suitability.

This role will require travel throughout regional Southern NSW. It can be part time, casual or contract for the right candidate.
