WorkPac are currently working with a range of Aged Care facilities across Sunshine Coast.

About the Role

As an agency EN or RN with WorkPac, you’ll have the flexibility to work across Aged Care facilities in Sunshine Coast. Whether you prefer morning, afternoon, or night shifts, we will match you with opportunities that suit your schedule, location, and expertise. You’ll provide high-quality, compassionate care while being fully supported by our recruitment and allocations team. Shifts are easily managed through our intuitive scheduling app, allowing you to balance work with your lifestyle.

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing high-quality, person-centered care to residents in Aged Care facilities
• Administering medication, monitoring patient conditions, and updating care plans
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure the best outcomes for residents
• Supporting daily living while promoting dignity and independence
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to compliance standards
• Responding to emergencies and implementing appropriate nursing interventions
  

What You Will Need

• Minimum 450 hours of paid EN/RN experience in Australia
• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Current CPR certification
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Vaccine Preventable Diseases checklist
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for shifts
