About your new role
As a Community Enrolled Nurse, you will support clients in Sydney and the surrounding areas and play a vital role in providing high-quality care to clients living at home. Working under the direct/indirect day to day supervision of Registered Nurses you will ensure care aligns with aged care quality standards while promoting independence, safety, and an improved quality of life. Reporting to the Senior Nurse Consultant, your key responsibilities will be:

• Assisting with Clinical Care Delivery
• Supporting Comprehensive Assessments
• Assistance with Coordinating Services
• Advocating for Clients
• Providing Health Education
• Monitoring Health and Reporting Outcomes

Your working hours:

This position is full time, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. There is a wide travel radius by our client cars.

What do we need from you?

You must have:

• Current Enrolled Nurse qualifications with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience in the acute or aged care sector.
• Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Intermediate level of computer skills.
• Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration

On offer is base hourly salary ranging from $32.96 - $35.88 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, excluding penalties or allowances. (NSW EN gr1-thereafter) (FTE $65,128.96 - $70,898.88)
