About the Role:

The Factory Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing and distribution of products to customers on time and in full. The Factory Manager plays a crucial role in driving the success of the manufacturing facility by balancing operational efficiency, quality, safety, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team and manage factory operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their best performance.
Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Develop and execute effective planning strategies.
Maintain calm and effective operations under pressure.
Achieve and exceed production targets and goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
At least 5 years of experience in a Factory Management role.
Degree qualification preferred.
Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and get the best out of the team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
Strong computer-based skills.
Clear thinker with a focus on achieving results.
