Fire Installation Technician/ Electrician

We are seeking experienced Fire Alarm Technicians or Electricians to join our expanding commercial construction, service & maintenance business on the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive remuneration package and a great team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of fire detection, alarm, and warning systems.
• Fault finding and programming of fire alarm panels.
• Ensuring all work meets Australian Standards for fire system maintenance and installations.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication.
• Complying with workplace safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: QLD Electrical Licence and/or Fire Detection, Alarm, and Warning System Occupational Licence.
• Desirable but not essential: Licences in passive fire protection, fire hydrants and hose reels, or portable fire equipment.
• Relevant experience in the fire industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Current QLD Driver’s Licence.
