About the Role
As a Senior Business Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the Program. You’ll lead and provide strategic direction for financial and administrative support services, ensuring the smooth delivery of business reform and risk management initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in managing a team, advising on financial and resource matters, and contributing to policy development. By analysing and reporting on expenditure and revenue, you will have a direct impact on improving efficiency and performance within the organisation.

About You
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual with strong leadership skills to join our team as a Senior Business Consultant. You will bring a combination of technical expertise and strategic thinking to the role, helping to drive business reform and financial management initiatives.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Proven ability to communicate, negotiate, and present effectively across all levels.
- Strong leadership experience, with a track record in staff management and development.
- Expertise in budget preparation, financial analysis, and interpreting relevant legislation.
