Join Our Growing Foodie Family at Nourishing Bubs! We're Hiring a Kitchen Manager/Chef!

At Nourishing Bubs, we specialise in crafting high-quality frozen baby purees and fun, nutritious finger foods for kids. From tasty meat purees to juicy beef meatballs, lamb koftas, crispy chicken nuggets, and wholesome savoury muffins, our products are made with love, care, and a commitment to quality.

As we expand, we’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager/Chef to lead our production team and keep our kitchen running smoothly. If you’re a pro at managing a kitchen, love working with food, and want to make a real difference in children's nutrition—this could be your perfect next move!

What We’re Looking For:

  • A skilled Chef or Kitchen Manager with at least 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing setting
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations (Bonus points if you're already certified, but we’ll support you in getting it)
  • A passion for creating healthy, high-quality meals—experience with children’s food is a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and manage a kitchen team
  • Familiarity with frozen food production and quality control
  • Availability for 2 PLUS days per week (initially 2 but quickly moving to 3+)

Your Daily Ingredients for Success:

  • Kitchen Leadership – Plan and oversee daily food production, ingredient ordering, managing staff, ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency
  • Food Safety First – Maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards to keep little tummies happy and healthy
  • Team Motivation – Lead, train, and support our amazing kitchen team in a positive and collaborative environment
  • Keep Things in Check – Manage inventory, track production, and ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Equipment Care – Oversee cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment to keep things running efficiently
  • Quality Control – Taste, test, and tweak as needed to maintain the deliciousness of our products
