Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on legal rights and obligations in divorce, seperation and settlement
• Negotiating and drafting separation, child custody, financial and binding agreements
• Representing clients in family court if disputes arise
• Assisting in applying for Domestic Violence Orders (DVOs)
• Assisting with the legal process of adoption
• Collaborating with the legal team to provide regular and timely communication and customer engagement

About you:

• You will be an experienced solicitor with specialisation commercial litigation or generalist experience.
• Highly collaborative, you will enjoy working in a team while being capable of working independently.
• You will possess the necessary skills to carry out responsibilities including
• The ability to successfully manage a wide range of matters from beginning to end
• Leading dispute resolution and hard litigation
• Negotiating outcomes for clients
• Appearing in court for Mentions, Hearings, Conferences and Trials
