The role will include :

• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently
• Welcoming clients to Reception
• Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier bookings and deliveries
• Process ASIC company annual reviews
• Lodgement of income tax returns
• Scanning and electronic filing of client correspondence
• Preparing fees
• Process disbursements
• Stationery Orders
• Providing support to the Administration team as required

Skills & experience required :

• Two years experience in a previous Receptionist role
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Intermediate Microsoft skills (Word & Excel)
• Excellent accuracy with attention to detail
• Professional appearance
