APAC FM are seeking a dedicated and skilled dual-trade service technician with expertise in servicing and maintaining a range of HVAC systems, as well as experience working with commercial boilers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in the real estate industry, covering service works across the CBD and surrounding areas.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities include?

• Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems and Type A and B gas appliances.
• Carry out troubleshooting, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs on commercial boilers and their components.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Complete detailed service reports, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Comply with company policies and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in HVAC technology and best practices to continually enhance your skillset.

What do you need to apply?

• Proven experience in servicing and maintaining HVAC systems & Boilers.
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and support colleagues when needed.
• Unrestricted driver’s license.
• Type B Gas License.
• Restricted Electrical ‘D’ License.
• Relevant trade qualification.
