About You:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized, Qualified Refrigeration Technician for day-to-day operations of assigned projects from start to finish. You will coordinate resources, manage schedules, liaise with internal teams and external clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

You will be an integral part of the team that delivers quality out-comes for our clients who range from mid-tier to multinational companies in the FMCG sector servicing the commercial and retail sector of the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to priority refrigeration and HVAC service calls for a diverse range of commercial clients.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and refrigeration issues.
• Perform installation, replacement, and maintenance of various refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Conduct warranty calls and provide detailed reports.
• Manage and update preventative maintenance asset lists.
• Perform equipment calibration and safety testing.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration (UEE32211)
• Full ARCtic License
• Restricted Electrical License
• Experience in Supermarket refrigeration (highly desirable)
• Valid Manual Driver's License (or ability to obtain, quickly)
• Ability to work on a rotating on-call roster (1 week approx. every 6 weeks)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
