About Us: Established in Kalgoorlie-Boulder in 2017, Highgrade Personnel operates out of offices in Kalgoorlie and Perth, serving both our Kalgoorlie residential and FIFO workforce.

Position: ROM Loader Operator – FIFO

What's on Offer:

• Immediate Start – Rapid Mobilisation
• Provided PPE
• Flights from Perth to Kalgoorlie
• DS 8:6 / NS 7:7 Roster
• 12-Hour Shifts
• $55ph + Super + Weekly Pay Cycle

Role Responsibilities:

• ROM Loading – Operating CAT 980 / 992 Loaders
• Maintaining Clean & Flat Floors – General Maintenance
• Blending Materials as Required

Experience & Abilities:

• Proficiency with CAT Loaders (988 / 992)
• Prior Experience Working in a Gold Mine (Preferred)

Requirements:

• Valid Loader Ticket or Ability to Pass Onsite VOC
• Recent Contactable References
• Ability to Pass Pre-Employment Medical and LABDAS
• National Police Clearance (Within 6 Months)
