PESTPRO – Operations Manager
Job Description
Pestpro is currently seeking a highly experienced, motivated and passionate Operations Manager for a diverse integrated pest control portfolio in the Fremantle area.
You will be responsible for managing the Pestpro Pest Control business across the Perth Metro Area. You will liaise between client and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our service according to client & contractual requirements.
About the role:
- The main focus of the role will be managing all aspects of the Operating functions within the Pestpro business across Western Australia.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Current Pest Control License
- Ideally experienced in HACCP regulation and ongoing compliance requirements
- Demonstrated proven ability to build and manage teams
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Experience using CRM systems
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Profit & Loss outcomes
- Maintain contract life cycle management - systematically & efficiently manage contract execution & analysis for maximising operational & financial performance
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Maintaining weekly/monthly call cycle to ensure customer and business expectations are met
- Identify and pursue potential areas for growth
- Advise customers of the total SWS Group range of products and services
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring key contacts are maintained through regular meetings and executive business reviews.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our service according to client needs and service objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Attend all contractual & scheduled meetings with clients & site teams, as well as maintain regular adhoc visitations to client's assets
- Implement strategic labour rostering in accordance with operational requirements to achieve efficiency in order to meet budgetary requirements
- Partner with and coach field employees to ensure initiatives are implemented
- Participate in workplace safety arrangements
- Conduct incident investigations and provide detailed reports to Management
- Develop, implement and promote effective communication strategies with both Staff and Clients
Requirements
- Proven Pest control experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to detail
- Exceptional listening & presentation skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Be a self-starter with an ability to build relationships with new and established clients
- A positive attitude with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to the role
- Be professional and reliable with a willingness to accept responsibility
- Have the ability to work unsupervised
