We have multiple contractor opportunities for Case Managers and Family Support Workers in Brisbane and surrounding areas, with flexible hours (daytime, evening, weekend, and part-time). We’re looking for skilled professionals such as case managers, social workers, direct care support workers, and therapists experienced in trauma-informed care. This role supports families dealing with trauma, DFV, AOD, and mental health issues, helping them build parenting skills, safety, and attachment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic interventions for children and families facing complex challenges (e.g. child protection, mental health, DFV, AOD).
• Guide and mentor families to enhance parenting and connect them to community resources.
• Develop and drive case plans to help families stay safe and avoid child protection system involvement.
• Complete case documentation and collaborate with other service providers.

Requirements:

• Experience in youth or family support, social work, or related fields.
• Understanding of child protection issues and early intervention.
• Ability to work with diverse families and community networks.
• Case management experience and strong communication skills.
• Must have an ABN, vehicle, and laptop/tablet for documentation.
