We are currently seeking experienced warehouse staff to join one of our aviation clients based at the Perth airport. As part of the warehouse team, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the facility.

We are currently looking for cargo warehouse operators to start casual for ongoing roles. The positions will require you to work a minimum of 38 hours per week on 10-hour shifts consisting of day, afternoon, and night shift. All applicants must be willing to work shift work and weekends as required.

Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and handle incoming aviation cargo shipments
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and store cargo safely
• Maintain accurate inventory records using industry-standard tracking systems
• Prepare cargo for loading onto aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and weight distribution requirements
• Coordinate with airline personnel and ground crews to facilitate efficient cargo loading and unloading operations
• Monitor warehouse conditions and implement measures to preserve the integrity of sensitive cargo, such as perishable goods or hazardous materials
• Adhere to strict security protocols to safeguard against unauthorized access or tampering

Requirements:

• Current Forklift licence
• Driver's licence
• Police clearance
• Be available for shift work
• 3 years of previous warehouse experience
• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical
