We specialise in client-centred services, with a strong focus on Participants from CALD communities. As we expand in Victoria, we’re seeking a results-driven Client & Partnerships Manager to strengthen industry relationships, support client growth, and play a key role in our state expansion.

About the Role
As the Client & Partnerships Manager for Victoria, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving service growth. You will be supported by a dedicated outreach team to book presentations and an HQ team to manage onboarding, rostering, and compliance.
As you grow our client base and impact within the state, you will also have the opportunity to build and lead a passionate team, shaping the future of our Victorian operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with Support Coordinators, allied health professionals, and community organisations to increase referrals and partnerships
- Identify new client opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing Participants to Conduct presentations to Support Coordination teams and community groups, with support from the outreach team
- Lead the development of a local team as the Victorian presence grows
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and provide data-driven insights
- Represent D&AC Services at key industry events, expos, and networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in client engagement, business development, or stakeholder management in the NDIS, healthcare, or disability sector
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with Support Coordinators, Participants, and industry professionals
- Understanding of the NDIS framework, processes, and compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations, reporting, and partnership development
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a national team
- Experience in event planning, industry expos, and stakeholder engagement
