About the role

The Mechanical Shop Supervisor operates a mechanical workshop for the repair and maintenance of cars, trucks, tractors, small engines, and agricultural equipment, both diesel and petrol to support the prisons primary production. The position provides on the job instruction, accredited training and supervision to prisoners who work in this area. The position holds a supervisory role over other staff in this area.
