At The Picket Fence Media, we specialize in real estate photography, offering a full range of media specifically to the real estate. Our company mission is the following: FAST, SIMPLE, CONSISTENT
This position is to place outbound calls to real estate agents to obtain new leads for our admin staff to follow up. We use Hubspot as our CRM tool. As such, you will need to call a high volume of agents and enter notes within Hubspot in regards to call outcome and what was said on the phone.
As our customers are real estate agents who conduct cold calls in their own line of work, we have found that our outreach isn’t a hard sell—it’s a natural, value-driven discussion about their listings and how we can enhance their marketing.
What We’re offering:
- Hours: Mon - Fri - Flexible hours including during school hours (only if required)
- Work-Life Balance: Late starts, No weekends
- Pay: $33.96/hr (base wage + bonuses)
- No Hard Selling: Outbound Lead Generation. All real estate agents require our product and work within our industry. Your goal is to inform them.
- Hybrid work environment 80% Home, 20% in our office, located in Springwood.

Selection criteria (Desirable but not mandatory)
- Real estate background
- Experience with Hubspot
- Telemarketing experience
You’ll have short meetings with our team to review your progress. All on the job training is provided at our Springwood office, prior to WFH.
