Due to unprecedented growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in helping us shape the future of sustainable building design through advanced natural ventilation solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Simplify and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences, showcasing the value of our solutions.
2. Provide tailored design solutions for inbound enquiries using a consultative and customer-focused approach.
3. Develop and nurture leads, ranging from initial outreach to established connections.
4. Advise stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and builders, with enthusiasm and confidence, offering practical and innovative solutions.
5. Manage proposal submissions, including follow-ups and deal tracking.
6. Balance and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Travel as required to visit sites, deliver presentations, and participate in industry events across Australia.

Required Experience:

• Previous experience in a technical, design, or consulting role within a related field.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

1. Understanding of airflow principles or interest in learning about sustainable building design.
2. Knowledge or familiarity with ventilation systems (natural/passive preferred) or similar technical products.
3. Existing professional networks of designers within the construction industry.
4. Experience or interest in sustainability and green building initiatives.
5. Strong presentation and communication skills in professional settings.
6. Ability to build compelling business cases and engage effectively with various stakeholders and decision-makers.
