Office Administrator responsibilities.
With contractors nationwide and local we are looking to fill an Administration Officer role in our head office to assist the running tasks of our operation.
In this role, you’ll be our first point of contact for both our clients and contractors, working within our Canberra administration team based in Mitchell you will be responsible for the daily delivery of our projects. Working in a small tight team with nationwide contractors each day is a new challenge.

- Experience in an administrative role preferable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities with time limits for completion.
- Great communication skills, self-direction and initiative and not afraid to pick up the phone.
- Possess strong computer skills with the ability to master new software platforms with ease, examples include Microsoft suite programs, construction software programs.
- Providing a high level of service and client satisfaction with a positive outlook.
- Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously.
- Be available to start immediately!
What can we offer you
- Immediate start - Full time- 5 days a week 8:30am – 4.30pm.
- Mitchell ACT location – includes free onsite parking.
- Once trained there is opportunity to WFH one day a week.
- Long term role with salary review based on performance.
