About the role

Join Friendship Square ELC as a Casual Educator, based in Cheltenham, Victoria. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children in our small 40 place community centre. Our centre prides itself on creating a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports the development of EVERY child.

What we're looking for

• Certificate 3 or Diploma qualified educators who are looking for a casual position. (working with all ages 0-5 years)
• Demonstrates experience working as an Educator in the early childhood sector.
• Strong understanding of child development and the ability to tailor your approach to meet individual needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and our team.
• Enthusiastic, patient and creative, with a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
