About us

TGMC is a long-established, privately-owned meat processing plant located in rural North East Victoria. We are a small dynamic team offering exciting opportunities for a career in the meat industry in one of the most picturesque areas of North East Victoria.

The day starts early at 6am and finish’s at 2pm leaving the afternoon free to do life, your free to enjoy all public holidays & weekends and you get to spend two weeks of quality time with family & friends over the Christmas / New Year period.

All positions come under the meat industry award.

Casual - $32 > $42 per hour dependent on experience & qualifications

Full time - $27 > $36 per hour dependent on experience & qualifications

We pay above the award rates for all positions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience highly regarded but not necessary.
• Ability to work in repetitive, fast-paced environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Production line duties
• Bagging, packing and load-out duties.
• General cleaning duties
• Maintaining high hygienic standards
• Complying with OH&S and Company Policies/Procedures

Requirements

• Have or willing to get a Q-Fever immunisation (company paid)
• Willingness to undertake medical examination (company paid)
