The Position

A great opportunity where You WILL NOT be limited in to boring and repetitive task-based duties! You will learn end-to-end Property Management which will support you in the growth of your Property Management career.

• Support 1 Senior Property Manager with all things Property Management.
• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, leasing, advertising, tenant communication, and much more.

The Candidate

• Exposure to Property Management in some capacity for a minimum of 6 months.
• WA property management registration, or state equivalent
• Reliable and dedicated self-starter
• Excellent open communication
