Sidekicker is partnering with top hospitality companies and is looking for skilled Cook and Chef to work at education sites across Brisbane, including areas such as Clayfield and St Lucia.
If you're passionate about providing quality meals in school and university settings, we want to hear from you!

What you'll have:

• Experience in multiple areas of the kitchen such as butchery, poultry, seafood, pastry, salad, canapes, stocks and sauces and/or breakfast
• Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Experience in dish presentation, financial management and kitchen admin is a plus but not a requirement
• A valid Blue Card - essential for working at education sites
  

Your duties may include:

• Assist with basic preparation of food / recipes
• Serve meals
• Clean the kitchen, its surrounds and equipment
• Prepare the dining area
• Ensure food hygiene and health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
• Carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job
• General kitchen prep
