The Role:

Due to growth, we are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrator to support our Operations Team at our Office in Woodville North. If you have exceptional organisational skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask, we want to hear from you!

This position will be a Permanent, Full-Time Opportunity, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm.

Key Responsibilities: Training will be provided to the successful candidate

  • Procurement - Assisting in the raw materials, glass ordering & stock control
  • Administration - Assist in the scheduling, coordination and distribution of site activities
  • Provide Support - staff, management, customers & contractors
  • Customer Service – Assist with contacting customers regarding on-site activities, deliveries, site freight & collections, whilst responding promptly, professional and accurately to all enquiries and orders.
  • Complete Basic Bookkeeping Duties – Matching of creditor invoices for processing
  • Maintaining accurate data entry – Internal database system

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Clear and friendly communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Positive attitude is a must
  • Highly organised and the ability to prioritise work demands
  • The ability to liaise confidently with contractors, customers and staff
  • A self-motivated approach

This position offers the successful candidate an excellent career building opportunity. A salary of $60K-$65K for the right candidate (depending on experience), plus super.
