We’re after someone who:

  • Is motivated, energetic and proactive

  • Is comfortable working every Saturday and Sunday, with two weekdays off in lieu

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint
  • Confident across social media platforms – YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus and professional integrity
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and resourceful
  • Eagerness to be part of a supportive, close-knit team environment

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining House & Land packages
  • Building industry relationships by attending events and networking
  • Supporting broader marketing and lead generation efforts
  • Assisting with display home operations and customer greetings
  • Shadowing senior sales staff and attending client meetings to learn processes
  • Managing enquiries from initial contact through to signing of preliminary agreements
  • Quoting home builds based on standard inclusions and custom requests

What You’ll Get from Us:

  • Base salary between $55,000 – $60,000, depending on experience
