About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Lead Window Installer to work on upscale residential and commercial projects in Sydney and its surrounding areas.

Our Window Installers receive scheduled assignments from our Mortdale factory and proceed to installation sites either independently or as part of a team.

This role requires strong leadership and supervisory capabilities to ensure high-quality installations and adherence to industry standards. All Lead Installers report to our Production Manager, who oversees and finalises all scheduling.

Skills and Experience

• Trade qualification in glazing, shopfitting, or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the window industry.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead installation teams.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of workmanship.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid Construction White Card.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with trades, clients, and team members.
