Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include (but not necessarily limited to) the following:

Produce short run, on demand print documents utilising the existing printing and finishing equipment.

Customer Service – greet customers, interpret their requirements, to enable quotes to be prepared.

Assisting with product and stock selection and quotations for both print jobs and promotional products.

Answering telephone and email enquiries for the company's range of products and services.

Planning and production of artwork for clients.

Artwork approvals and generation of print ready files.

Housekeeping including the maintenance and back up of files.

Maintain and create company e-store client portals for online ordering.
