Pit Technician (Spotter for Drill Crew)
2-1 Roster (1 x swing of Night Shift, then Day Shift thereafter)
Fly-in, Fly-out (FIFO) from Darwin
$50/Hr + Super

Pearl Recruitment is seeking a Pit Technician (Spotter) to join our client’s team at the Ridges Mine Site based near Kununurra. This ongoing FIFO role involves a 2:1 roster, with the first swing being night shift, followed by day shift thereafter.

The role will start on Monday, 17/03/25, and the technician will be required to stay in the vehicle to monitor the drill crew and ensure safety protocols are followed.

About the Role:

• Monitor the drill crew from the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance
• Occasional sampling of a small number of holes
• No active drilling required; the role is focused on monitoring
• Ongoing position with a focus on safety and reliability

Requirements:

• Previous FIFO experience preferred
• Ability to start on Monday, 17/03/25
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (essential)
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
• Must be able to commit to a 2-1 roster and work both night and day shifts
