Advance Human Resources are currently seeking an experienced or aspiring Assistant Property Manager to join this highly reputable agency located in Box Hill.

This role will be managing approximately 100 Properties, on a full-time permanent basis Monday to Friday, with one in two half-day Saturdays, with a day off in lieu during the week.

To be successful, you must have a passion for the industry with high energy and enthusiasm to complement the existing team as well as previous industry experience, ideally in a Property Management role. In return, you shall receive comprehensive training, will work within a supportive and collaborative team environment and have the ability to learn from the best within the industry.

Reporting through to the Senior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing rental applications
• Managing an existing portfolio
• Assisting with leasing showings and open inspections
• Conducting in coming inspection reports
• Assisting with rental inquiries
• Assisting prospective tenants
• Office Administration Support
• Attending 'Open for Inspections' & private inspections
• Assisting with phone & email inquiries

The successful applicant requires a can-do attitude with strong motivation and dedication, an eagerness to learn, good time management skills and the ability to prioritise.

You must have great communication skills, attention to detail and a positive and approachable personality. In this role you must have the ability to show initiative, have a current driver’s licence with access to a reliable vehicle. You will also need to have completed your Real Estate – Agents Representative.
