What We’re Looking For:

• Physically Fit & Hardworking – You must have a 6 pack, HAHA, just joking but you will need to be fit
• Strong - Ability to lift 24KG solar panels to the roof
• Ability to lead a Team.
• Reliable & Detail-Oriented – Shows up on time and takes pride in quality work.
• Team Player – Works well in a structured, professional, and supportive environment. Can lead a team
• Open to Learning – Willing to take feedback and improve techniques.
• Bonus Points – Air conditioning experience a huge advantage.
• Outdoorsy & Adventurous - Comfortable working at heights and in the sun

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Construction White Card
• Working at Heights Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• QLD Manual Driver’s License & Personal Transport to depot/site
• Solar Accredited
• QLD ELECTRICAL LICENCE
