TRUCK DRIVER POSITION

Fit & enthusiastic person required for delivery truck driving & unloading.

We are based in Maryborough and deliver mostly in a radius of 450kms of Maryborough servicing builders, landscapers, developers, retail outlets and end users in the South East Queensland region.
We have a unique opportunity for experienced Truck Drivers to assist with the delivery of our company’s masonry products throughout South East Queensland

THE ROLE:

Role Base: Starting from Maryborough, Queensland

Role Type: Mostly early-start day trips (home every night)

• Complete all necessary associated documentation
• Take good care of vehicles / plant under your care
• Ensure compliance with all safety, fatigue, heavy vehicle operating guide lines, loading requirements, axle weights, adhering to vehicle specific permits
• Operate tablet device and any other systems as required & provided
• Must be acclimatised to heavy outdoor work.
• Experience with Truck and Dog Work

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for the role you must have the following experience:

• Must have a Current HC/MC heavy vehicle licence.
• Must have a current HIGH RISK Forklift ticket &/or Moffett Mounty experience.
• Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution
• Ability to work well within a small team environment
• Must be acclimatised to heavy outdoor work.
• Must have truck and forklift driving experience.
• Prepared to work in the despatch yard / factory areas sometimes.
• Prepared to work varying hours.
• Flexible start & finish times.
