Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
• Oversee clinical governance, ensuring compliance with ACQSC standards
• Conduct assessments, care planning, and medication management
• Collaborate with allied health professionals and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents

Skills & Experience: ✔ AHPRA-registered RN with experience in aged care
✔ Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
✔ Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
✔ Knowledge of AN-ACC funding model, care planning, and compliance
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
✔ Passionate about improving the lives of elderly residents
