Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tow Truck Driver to handle vehicle removal and stowage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent customer service skills, and the necessary qualifications to operate tow trucks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service calls for vehicle recovery and transportation.
• Safely operate tow trucks to remove and transport vehicles to designated locations.
• Perform vehicle stowage in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks of the tow truck to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of services rendered.

Key Requirements

• Valid tow truck licence
• MR (Medium Rigid) Driving licence
• Minimum of one year of experience in tow truck driving
• Comprehensive understanding of vehicle recovery procedures and safety protocols
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
