About the Role:

We are seeking a professional, empathetic, and skilled Registered Nurse with a genuine passion for health, wellness, and holistic care. Your role would be travelling to clients, consulting and administering therapies through IV and IM routes as well as working with our partnering clinics. As a contractor you will have the ability to select your own working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer IV Infusions: Safely and effectively provide intravenous therapies in a calm, welcoming, and professional manner both in clinic and on location.
• Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to understand the individual needs of each member and customize treatment plans accordingly.
• Education and Support: Educate members on their treatment plans, helping them understand the benefits and procedures of their infusions.
• Monitor Reactions and Adjust Treatment: Monitor members during treatments, managing and responding appropriately to any adverse reactions.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring that all treatments are documented properly.
• Wellness Collaboration: Work closely with the wellness team to develop and recommend tailored wellness programs for each member.
• Operational Excellence: Follow operational protocols to ensure cleanliness, safety, and the highest standard of care in treatment areas.
• Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest wellness trends, treatments, and technologies in the health and wellness space.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA): Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• IV Experience: Minimum of 8 months’ experience with IV cannulation and administering intravenous treatments.
• Passion for Wellness: A deep passion for holistic health, wellness, and longevity practices.
• Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with members on a personal level.
• Operational Understanding: Ability to adhere to healthcare protocols, maintain a safe environment, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Time Management: Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Continuous Learning: A willingness to learn and stay up to date with the latest trends and offerings in the wellness industry.
• Professional Integrity: A self-assured, compassionate demeanour with the ability to communicate clearly, listen attentively, and demonstrate integrity in all interactions.

Desired (but not required) Experience:

• Familiarity with health management software such as Cliniko.
